Terms of Service
The terms that apply to CG Foundry courses, mentorship, community access and use of this website.
Enrollment
Enrolling in a CG Foundry program grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials for that program.
Course Access
Both tracks give access to the same recorded program, delivered after successful payment, with lifetime access to the modules. The Hybrid track additionally includes two private 1:1 sessions, booked directly with the instructor.
Included Community Access
Enrollment includes a complimentary period of CG Foundry Community access: three months on the Hybrid track and one month on Self-paced. After that period it continues only as a separate paid subscription.
Intellectual Property
All course videos, written material, project files and presentations remain the intellectual property of CG Foundry. Redistribution, resale, public sharing or reproduction is not permitted.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to engage respectfully in live sessions, feedback and community spaces. Access may be withdrawn for abusive behavior or sharing of protected material.
Refunds
Course access is digital and is delivered on enrollment. A refund is offered under the guarantee published on this website: complete every session and assignment, and if you still cannot create a portfolio piece, Karim will keep working with you 1:1 at no further cost until you can, or refund every dollar you paid. Outside those conditions, refunds are not offered once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you. Program Changes
CG Foundry may adjust schedules, session dates or curriculum details to improve the learning experience. Any material change is communicated to enrolled students.
Limitation of Liability
CG Foundry provides education and mentorship. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the materials.
Trademarks
Unreal and Unreal Engine are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States and elsewhere. CG Foundry is an Unreal Authorized Training Center; its courses are created and sold by CG Foundry, not by Epic Games.
