How CG Foundry collects, uses and protects personal information from students and website visitors.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when you apply for a program, contact us, or subscribe to updates. That includes your name, email address, country, an optional phone number, which option you are interested in, and anything you write in the notes field. We also record which campaign or link brought you to the site, along with standard analytics data such as pages visited and referring sources. When you submit a form or start a checkout, your browser is given a random identifier that contains no personal details. We keep it with your inquiry, together with the link that first brought you here and how much of the introduction video you watched, so we can understand what led to your inquiry. The same identifier, and nothing else about you, is what our analytics tools see.
How We Use Information
We use your information to deliver courses and mentorship, respond to inquiries, process enrollments, send program updates, and improve our educational content and website.
Payments
Payments are handled by third-party checkout providers. CG Foundry does not store card details on its own systems.
Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the website, and Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized interaction data such as clicks and scrolling. Where we run advertising, the advertising platform may also set cookies so we can measure which campaigns lead to enrollments. These tools set cookies on your device.
Your Cookie Choices
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies stay switched off until you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can decline at any time using the same banner. Declining does not limit any part of the site. To change your answer later, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform, such as hosting, analytics, community and payment processing partners.
